The Company\nobtained its business permit based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance of\nthe Republic of Indonesia No. 554\/KMK.017\/1994 dated 10 November 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Armada Finance began its operations in March 1995.
