April 7, 1994 <\/td>The establishment of PT Armada Finance is domiciled in theal Special Capital Region of Jakarta, based on Notarial Deed Hendrik Lambertus Hans Verhoeven, Bachelor of Law No. 11 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
Novpember 10, 1994 <\/td>The business license was obtained based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 554 \/ KMK.017 \/ 1994 \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
March 1995 <\/td>Operational activities for the first time with 37 employees with the support of the Working Capital Credit facility from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
June 23, 1995 <\/td>PT Armada Finance provided its first<\/strong> financing to customers. Initially, financing was focused on used cars, especially commercial cars to support small and medium business activities (UKM) in developing their business activities, as well as financing used cars in the form of passenger cars needed by the families. That is also why PT Armada Finance has the slogan as a Business Partner, Family Friend. \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
August 30, 1996 <\/td>PT Armada Finance Head Office was moved from DKI Jakarta to Magelang District, Central Java, which occupies an office in the Armada Group’s center at Jl. Mayjen. Bambang Soegeng No. 7 Mertoyudan Magelang 56172. \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
1997\/1998 <\/td>The economic, financial and monetary crisis which continued to become a multi-dimensional crisis struck in Indonesia – which had wide and long impacts – with the collapse of the banking system in Indonesia, had brought a serious impact on PT Armada Finance which also suffered from losses. However, PT Armada Finance could survive the crisis and then develope itself. \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
2008\/2009 <\/td>Global crisis<\/em> that hit big countries that impacted the national financial industries: capital markets, banks and finance companies whose impacts began to emerge in PT Armada Finance from 2013 to 2016. \u00a0 <\/td><\/tr>
