This\nannouncement was made as part of PT Armada Finance\u2019s compliance to implement\nthe provisions as regulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority, in Regulation\nNo. 35\/PJOK.05\/2018 dated December 28, 2018 concerning \u2018Conducting Business of Financing Companies\u2018<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financing Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before\nsigning the Financing Agreement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prospective\nas well as existing Customer must read and understand carefully the contents of\nthe Financing Agreement and all its accompanying documents, which serves an\nintegral part to the engagement between the Customer, as a borrower, and PT\nArmada Finance, as a creditor, in the provision of financing facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Pay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer\nwho has received financing from PT. Armada Finance is required to make\ninstallment payments in accordance with the due dates of each installment\npayment, as stated in the Financing Agreement. Each installment payment can be\nmade in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bank\ntransfer<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Either through Automatic Teller Machines\n(ATM), Mobile Banking, SMS Banking or Teller<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account\nAuto-debit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check\nand\/Giro<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cash<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Tellers at any Branch Office and\nRepresentative Office of PT Armada Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collector\nOfficer<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A billing fee will be charged in accordance\nwith applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nCustomer is required to make the installment payments only to the account under\nthe name of PT Armada Finance, as appointed and specified at the time the\nFinancing Agreement is entered by both parties. Any installment payment\ntransferred to other accounts other than the account appointed by PT Armada\nFinance is the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nCustomer is responsible to ensure that each installment payment is made before\nor no later than the due date of the installment as stated in the Financing\nAgreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nsituations where the Customer makes cash installment payment at a Branch Office\nor a Representative Office of PT Armada Finance, and when the installment\npayment\u2019s due date falls on a Sunday or a national holiday, the Customer is\nrequested to pay on working days before that Sunday or national holiday(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ninstallment payments will be recorded after the funds become effective, received\nand the amount of installments are confirmed by PT Armada Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfer fees\ncharged by the Bank are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\na fine is incurred, the payment of the fine is made in conjunction with the\npayment of installments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Fee Calculation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late\nfee(s) will arise and become charge(s) that must be paid by the Customers if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Customer pays the installment past the\ndue date agreed and determined in the Financial Agreement;<\/li>
  2. The Customer pays the installment, but the\nvalue is less than the amount agreed and determined in the Financial Agreement.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The\npenalty for late installment payment is calculated at 0.003% (zero point three\nper mil) for each installment payment due, and for each day of late payment.\nThe calculation is as followed: 0.003%\nx installment amount x number of days of delay.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Actions\nwill be taken in accordance with applicable regulations, including the\nimposition of other costs incurred (if any), in relation to the Customers who\nare in arrears of installment payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Change\nin Customer Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Customer must\ninform PT Armada Finance for any change in contact details, including change of\naddresses, landline phones and mobile phones. Each change of address must be filled\nin completely with Street Number, Alley(Gang) (if any), Neighbourhood\/Community\nAssociation (RT\/RW), Village (Kelurahan), District (Kecamatan), Municipality\n(Kabupaten), and Postcode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Transfer\nand Change of Financing Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When\na Customer has not paid off the financing received from PT Armada Finance, the\nCustomer is not permitted to transfer collateral vehicle(s) either through\nsales, pawning, or credit pass to other parties, without written approval from\nPT Armada Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The\nact of transferring the collateral vehicle(s) to another party without written\napproval from PT Armada Finance is a crime with the threat of imprisonment as\nregulated in the Fiduciary Security Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fiduciary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Every\nvehicle that is guaranteed for financing provided by PT Armada Finance is\nprotected by the Fiduciary Guarantee Act Number 42 of 1999 concerning \u201cFiduciary Guarantee\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This\nannouncement is to be read and understood by each prospective Customer and each\nexisting Customer who intends to enter into a Financing Agreement with PT\nArmada Finance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
